I. Before the Trip

Booking and Cancellation Policies – Colca Canyon 2D/1N Tour

To secure your participation in the tour, an advance payment of $30 USD per person is required. The remaining balance can be paid before the tour start or on the same day of the trip (upon prior coordination).

We recommend making the reservation in advance, especially during peak season, to guarantee availability.

1. Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ advance notice: refund of the amount paid (administrative charges may apply).
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ advance notice or no show: no refund of the reservation payment.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, blockages, or external causes, the tour may be rescheduled without penalty (subject to availability).

2. Date Changes

• Date changes are permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice, at no additional cost (subject to availability).
• Changes outside this timeframe will be subject to evaluation.

3. Important Considerations

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide correct information at the time of booking.
• It is recommended to carry valid identification or a student card (if rate applies).
